Terms of service
Last updated 27 September 2026. Draft for legal review: items in [brackets] must be completed before publication.
1. Agreement
By creating an account you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, if you create or join an organisation, on behalf of that organisation. If you do not agree, do not use the service. The service is provided by [legal entity name] (“we”).
2. Accounts and organisations
You must give accurate details and keep your password and API keys secret. An organisation’s owner is responsible for who they add and what roles they give. You are responsible for activity under your account and your API keys, including activity by AI assistants you connect through the MCP server.
3. Your content
You own the diagrams, documentation, attachments and symbols you store. You grant us the licence needed to store, process and display them to provide the service, and to the people you share them with. You are responsible for having the right to store that content, including any personal data or confidential network information in it.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not use the service to document, plan or support unauthorised access to networks you do not own or administer.
- Do not upload malware, attempt to bypass organisation isolation, or probe the service beyond normal use.
- Do not resell the service or share one account between several people; use members and roles instead.
- Respect plan limits. They are enforced by the software and described on the pricing page.
5. Plans and payment
The Free plan is free. Paid plans are not yet offered; when they are, prices, billing periods and refund terms will be published on the pricing page and will apply from the date you upgrade. We may change plan limits with [30] days’ notice.
6. Availability and changes
We aim for the service to be available continuously but do not guarantee it. We may change or withdraw features with reasonable notice. You can export your data at any time.
7. AI features
The AI architect produces suggestions from your description; you are responsible for reviewing what it did, which is why every run saves a version and appears in the audit trail. Output may be wrong. Do not rely on it for safety-critical OT changes without review.
8. Termination
You can delete your account or organisation at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms, with notice where practical. On termination we delete your data as described in the privacy policy, after giving you a reasonable opportunity to export it.
9. Warranties and liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we exclude all implied warranties and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or [$100] if you paid nothing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction]. Disputes go to the courts of [jurisdiction].
